At Cloby, we care about your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to return the product(s).

Right of Withdrawal

According to EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. This means you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the product(s) or not. If not, you have another 14 days to return the product(s). Please use our return form to request your return.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be requested via our return form.
• The product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  
• Returns must be made within 28 days after receiving your order. 
  

• Return costs are at your own expense.

Using our return form guarantees a smooth and quick process. However, if you prefer to use your own shipping method, you are welcome to arrange the return yourself. The return address is:

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 days. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:

• Original shipping costs (paid when placing the order) are non-refundable.
• If the item is returned in a condition that reduces its value (e.g., signs of use, missing packaging), we may deduct the reduction in value from your refund.

Defective or incorrect items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt at service@mycloby.com, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a refund.
