• Returns must be requested via our return form within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, you have an additional 14 days to ship the package back to us. Shipping costs for the return are at your own expense.
• The product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

• Original shipping costs (paid when placing the order) are non-refundable.
• If the item is returned in a condition that reduces its value (e.g., signs of use, missing packaging), we may deduct the reduction in value from your refund.
